My weekend was full of apples thanks to my generous mom who shared her bounty with me! I had already put 7 apple pie mixes in the freezer as well as two big gallon bags of peeled, diced apples with the help of my mom and brother a few weeks ago. But I still had a bunch of apples to make something with so I spent last weekend making all sorts of goodies with apples--Don't worry, I will share them with you in the next few blog posts. Just thought you'd enjoy seeing my apple helper and a teaser of what is to come in the next week!
